SELKIRK, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- The Federal Aviation Administration is investigating after a plane crashed at the South Albany Airport in Selkirk on Thursday. Police said a Cessna single engine plane crashed shortly after takeoff and landed about 100 ft. off the runway. Three people were on board at the time. ST. LOUIS - One officer was hurt Thursday afternoon in a pursuit that ended on Interstate 64 in Downtown St. Louis. The officer's injuries are considered non-life-threatening. Police have arrested one suspect in the investigation. Crime ring based in St. Charles targeted small towns The pursuit began around 3 p.m. Thursday in Overland. According to the Overland Police Department, officers spotted a vehicle wanted out of St. Louis City near Page and I-170. As the officer approached the vehicle, the driver took off, leading to a miles-long pursuit.The Overland Police Department says the suspect was arrested near I-64 and 7th Street in Downtown St. Louis. Before that, there was a crash on I-64 near Hanley Road. Police say the suspect was wanted for domestic violence, in addition to the stolen vehicle. SkyFOX, powered by Bommarito Automotive Group, flew over I-64 in Downtown St. Louis and noticed some eastbound traffic delays amid the investigation. Additional details are limited. FERGUSON, Mo. - The FBI and Ferguson Police Department are searching for a man accused in a Ferguson bank robbery Thursday morning.The robbery happened around 9:15 a.m. at a US Bank in the 200 block of North Florissant Road. Crime ring based in St. Charles targeted small towns Investigators have not disclosed information as to how much might have been stolen or whether there were any injuries stemming from the robbery. Police are searching for the suspect, who was described as a Black man around six feet tall. Police are searching for at least 10 people who were caught on video plowing a truck into a high-end store in Burbank and stealing thousands of dollars worth of merchandise.The incident occurred around 1:30 a.m. Thursday at Magnolia Park, located at 3500 Magnolia Blvd.The suspects used a pickup truck to ram into the front of the store, video shared with KTLA showed.Before that, they almost took down a tree and moved a large concrete bench while attempting to drive into the store in reverse. With Pride Month swiftly approaching, the Los Angeles County Department of Public Health "strongly recommends" people at higher risk of contracting mpox to get two doses of the readily available vaccine.Mpox, previously known as Monkeypox, became a global health emergency last year following a rash of outbreaks across the globe.Mpox is spread through skin-to-skin contact and can cause myriad symptoms, including painful rash or lesions, fever, muscle aches and respiratory issues. The viral infection has an incubation period as long as 17 days, and many carriers of the virus might be contagious while remaining symptom-free, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. While not typically fatal, at least one person is believed to have died with mpox in L.A.
